What Happens Once Your Note Reaches Us?
- Every note lands with Ron Michaud first, so he knows the town, the lot and the size of house before we call. Then we reach out by phone or email to pick a day on the land.
- Ron reads the ground itself: where ledge breaks the surface, where water sits after rain, how far power runs from the road and where a well and septic field can go. If you are still choosing between lots, we can walk more than one.
- The price comes in writing, with the site work, the foundation and the house each spelled out by finish tier. No ground is broken and nothing is ordered until you say yes.
